1. What this app does

This app helps seniors and care teams practice listening to conversations and remembering the most important details.

2. How to start

  1. Open the app.
  2. Create an account or log in.
  3. Open the Conversation Library.
  4. Pick an example.
  5. Press Save As if you want the example to include the client or senior's name.
  6. Start a session.

3. How a session works

  • Press Play Conversation to hear the example.
  • Adjust the volume if needed.
  • Answer the recall questions.
  • Use Hint or Replay only when helpful.
  • Add team notes on the right side.
  • Save the summary when the session is complete.

4. Audio help

  • Use speakers or headphones with clear sound.
  • Start with the volume at a comfortable high level.
  • Reduce background noise in the room.
  • Use slower playback when needed.

5. Recording your own conversation

  1. Open Create Custom Exercise.
  2. Enter a title and transcript.
  3. Record audio or upload an audio file.
  4. Add at least three questions.
  5. Save the custom exercise.

6. Team use

Leaders can create users, teams, drop-down planning inputs, and client profiles. Teams can work on the same session and share notes.

7. Analytics

The analytics page shows average scores, hints used, and supportive intervention ideas to review with qualified professionals.
